The Project Manager will be responsible for driving the progress of specific accounts in a timely and effective manner. Candidate must be energetic, organized, proactive and fun. Professionalism and effective communication skills are a necessity.

Job Title: Project Manager
- Drive projects by orienting, explaining, assigning, scheduling employees and coordinating requirements
- Manage project progress through timeline management
- Attend weekly meetings with ongoing clients, take and organize notes for Ohno team
- Serve as client liaison
- Handle rapidly shifting priorities, critiques and short deadlines
- Identify work process improvements
- Prepare proposals and marketing plans for prospective clients
- Finalize contracts for web design projects
- Organize materials for client presentations
- Review and organize billable hours for all projects and prepare invoices at the end of each billing period
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Positive and fun teamplayer
- Strong interpersonal skills and a sense of humor
- Possess excellent communication, time management, multi-tasking, organizational skills and have a strong eye for detail
- Ability to problem-solve, try new things and seek solutions with limited supervisor direction
- Proactive, self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team
- Experience managing projects from concept to implementation
- 3-5 years of experience in project management in a design driven company
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
